Let’s Talk

Marketing + CRM

Know What Each Part Pays For

The foundation pays for a connected starting point: brand work, a website, CRM setup, and staff training. We help you map that work to your inquiry problem before discussing optional ongoing support. A useful proposal explains who attracts families, who returns calls, and what your staff still handles.

Build The Public Path And Staff Process

We scope brand work, the website, CRM setup, and training around the questions families ask and the work your staff needs to do. Your proposal lists the tasks, fees, timing, and payment terms before you decide.

02
Optional support

Add Managed Ads And Agreed Follow-Up

Ongoing support is quoted for the work you choose. The proposal defines managed ads, follow-up through tour booking, reply coverage, and the handoff to staff. Ad spend is listed separately.

Plan The Work Around Each Visit

Your staff leads tours, answers care questions, and handles admissions. We define those handoffs alongside the service scope, then identify recurring software and support charges before you commit.

Know What Stays Active After Setup

The end of the engagement should not leave staff guessing. Confirm account access, exports, ongoing bills, and who will support the next change.

Setup And Continuing Costs

Separate foundation work, recurring tools, ad spend, and staff duties after setup.

How Is CRM Setup Priced?

A CRM setup quote should list the software, fields, reports, data transfer, and training your staff needs. Brand and website work may also be included in the agreed plan. Ask for a written scope and recurring costs so you can review the full cost.

Is there a standalone CRM subscription price?

CRM setup and ongoing software costs are quoted for your needs. Your proposal should separate setup, training, software, hosting, and support. Check which bills continue after setup and who owns the account before choosing.

Is ad spend included in that fee?

No. Ad spend is separate from marketing service fees. Agree on the platform budget and who pays it before launch. Your cost view should show service fees and ad spending separately so you can review the total commitment and adjust the campaign with clear figures.

Does the price change with community count?

Share your community count, current tools, and which teams need help. Some work may be shared across buildings; pages, staff training, and local campaigns may differ. Ask for one proposal that separates shared work, each community’s tasks, software, and ongoing support.

What other costs should we ask about?

Ask about software subscriptions, hosting, support, extra connections, messaging or other usage charges if relevant, and work outside the agreed scope. Get amounts or clear quoting rules in writing. A useful budget shows what is included, what repeats, and what would require another approval.

What happens after setup?

Confirm which tools stay active, who pays each bill, what support continues, and what access or exports you receive. The end of the service engagement should have a planned handoff. Do not assume every recurring service stops, or that all software is included forever, when setup ends.

Marketing, CRM, And Managed Follow-Up

Understand why public marketing, CRM setup, training, and managed follow-up appear in a combined plan.

What does the optional program cost?

The Occupancy Program can include managed ads and follow-up through tour booking as agreed. Ask for service fees and ad spend on separate lines. Confirm reply coverage, handoffs, software costs, and other recurring charges in writing.

Why are brand and website costs included?

Families need a clear explanation of your care and a working way to contact staff before a sales workflow has useful inquiries to organize. The foundation combines those public pieces with CRM setup and training. Your proposal names the actual work so you can judge the value of the combined engagement.

What does managed follow up buy?

Managed ads and follow-up through tour booking are scoped in your proposal, with ad spend separate. The plan names coverage, channels, costs, and handoffs. Your staff still leads tours, answers care questions, reviews fit, and handles admissions.

How should we budget staff time?

Include time for approving care facts and pages, providing access, practicing the sales workflow, returning assigned calls, and leading visits. We define those duties in the proposal. A service fee covers agreed provider work, while a successful handoff still requires people at your community to complete their part.

More about your plan

Scope, Staff, And Your Plan

Clarify scope changes, continuing marketing, and any proposed arrangement around tools you already use.

Is staff training part of the price?

Training is part of the foundation engagement. The proposal should define the sessions, tasks covered, staff participation, and follow-up support. Practice the actual call and tour workflow. If you expect extra sessions for new staff or later process changes, ask how those are handled and priced.

How do we compare a software quote?

Use the same period and separate software from services. Compare subscriptions, setup, training, website work, support, connections, and exit terms. A software-only fee and a wider growth engagement cover different work. Request current written figures before deciding which option gives your team the best fit.

What should a complete proposal show?

It should show the community count, included work, upfront payment, recurring charges, ad budget, staff duties, and handoff terms. Name any unconfirmed connections or added work separately. You should be able to explain what you pay now, what repeats, and what remains active after the engagement.

Can we buy only the missing pieces?

Bring the specific gap and the tools you already use. We can review your setup and explain the work needed. Your proposal should list CRM setup, training, software, support, and any website work separately so you can see what you are choosing.

When should we discuss continuing marketing costs?

Discuss ongoing search, content, advertising, or support before the foundation starts, especially if you expect that work after setup. We separate the defined foundation deliverables from recurring services and platform costs. That gives your team a clearer budget and avoids treating a finished website as unlimited ongoing marketing.

What counts as an added scope change?

Ask the proposal to define the pages, communities, revisions, training, connections, and support it covers. A new location or a new tool handoff may require separate work. Agree on how changes are quoted and approved so staff can request a useful addition without guessing its cost or delivery time.
